As an ARC affiliate you should place specified links to the ARC web site on your web site. ARC traces all referrals to its web site, and you will earn a $10 referral fee if that visitor submits an online form to ARC and moves into an ARC apartment.
Payment
Payment is made on a monthly basis subject to the amount due being $100 or more. If the amounts are less that $100, amounts due will be carried forward to the following months payment. Payments are made by US $ Cheque or in £GBP by Bank Transfer. (The equivalent referral fee in £GBP is £6.50 GBP).
Statements
You will receive a statement detailing the bookings that were made every month that there are a cumulative total of 10 or more bookings. If there are less than 10 cumulative bookings in a month, the balance is carried forward to the next month. If there are 4 bookings in the one month, and 6 the next month, you have 10 cumulative bookings, and so you will receive a statement detailing the bookings and receive payment via the method selected at sign up.
Linking to ARC
ARC recommends that you place a link on your web site home page (a text link) together with additional links on other relevant site pages. You may also include a logo beside the link. This logo should only link to http://www.arc-corporate-housing.com and should include alt text “ARC Corporate Housing”. Affiliates can link directly to specific city pages or specific apartment pages if desired. Affiliates are entitled to link to ARC from as many pages as are appropriate to their site.
Home page links
You will receive best results by placing a small text link on your home page. This is unobtrusive and can be placed in a column or footer if required. The text should conform to the guidelines below, but must be of sufficient size to be visible.
