30 DAY MINIMUM STAY. Economic Studio Apartments from 20sqm and & Suites from 37sqm. The economic studios have a king-size bed, TV, and bathroom. The living area has a sofa, part-laminate floor, cosy armchair, stereo, CD, DVD. The kitchen area has a ceran top stove, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker, crockery set, cutlery, espresso machine. The larger suites from 37sqm also have a seperate sleeping room with double bed and flat screen TV, safe, bathrobe, personal training, second TV in the living area. As a free service on demand we offer you a coffee machine, a vacuum cleaner, flat iron and ironing board, clotheshorse and laundry basket and a hair dryer.

Based in the heart of three neighbourhoods and only 500m from spacious Olympiapark our boarding house in Gern stands out with its green and central ambiance. In sophisticated Nymphenburg you will find the famous castle Schloss Nymphenburg with a huge park and the Botanic Garden next to it. In walking distance vivid Neuhausen provides you with any daily use items. Strolling to Rotkreuzplatz is much worth exploring Bavarian restaurants as well as bars and shops along Nymphenburger Strasse.
