The 310m2 loft was converted from an 18th century printing house - the French Resistance famously printed their journals here during the war. Now renovated as a state of the art luxury residence, the loft sleeps up to 8 people and offers a wide range of concierge and a la carte services.
Location
The loft is located in the heart of Paris, in the charming Quartier Montorgueil neighborhood. The signature cobbled streets are filled with many wonderful restaurants, cafes and fresh food markets. Etienne Marcel offers tremendous boutiques and designer stores. The loft is a short walk from the Louvre Museum, the George Pompidou Centre, the Marais and the Seine. Several metro stations are located nearby: Etienne Marcel; Reaumur Sebastopol and Sentier.
Facilities
The loft has its own home cinema with 18 foot movie screen - fully supported by dolby stereo, dvd, hifi and the full range of prime cable channels. A second flat screen TV in the mezzanine lounge is also supported by prime cable and dvd support. A third flat screen TV and home cinema/sound system is located in the gym and relaxation room. There is WIFI high speed internet access and a printer/scanner/fax. There is an integrated gym and relaxation room equipped with sauna, hydro-jet massage shower, elyptical trainer, multi-gym, free weights, yoga mats and massage bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, american fridge freezer, nespresso and filter coffee machine. Maid service is supplied weekly but is also available on a daily basis. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned - there is also an electronic air ventillation system to constantly refresh loft air. Remote control velux windows also have automated metal shutters for full privacy. The loft is situated in a private courtyard with its own balcony and intercom system.
