Both can take you to the central Plaza Catalunya in less than 5 minutes.

20% is due to secure the apartment. Special rates for long stays eg for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 2250 € per month. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10 € per night. Late and early check-in and outs, as well as Sundays, have a 20 € surcharge. Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40 € surcharge. Upon arrival a guarantee of 300 € is due and this amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
