Overview
The Barcelona Lofts are contemporary designed one and two bedroom apartments set in a new building in the residential area of Les Corts close to the famous Diagonal Avenue, the world’s longest city street of 8km. The apartments have a double bedroom, and single bedroom with a spacious livingroom, fully equipped kitchen in wengé-wood, double glazing, bathroom with bath that can also be used as a shower.
Location
The aparmtents are located in the residential area of Les Corts, a lively higher class neighbourhood. The underground (stop Les Corts - green line L3) is only 3 minutes away from the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to the exhibition area La Fira and in 15 minutes to Barcelona’s historic city centre with the Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia. L’Illa, Barcelona’s most prestigious shopping mall, which includes a huge supermarket and many restaurants are close by. On Diagonal there are also many key businesses, as well as some of the city's top restaurants and design boutiques.

Other Information
Every stay has a 50 euros cleaning fee. Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 10€ per night. Upon arrival a guarantee of 400 € will be made. This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
